Embedding CRED

—This course aims to support participants to embed the CRED Policy at a whole school/organisation level.

Focus:

~ Embedding of CRED Policy

~ Self-evaluation/critical self-reflection processes

~ Consideration of a whole school/organisation approach

Timing:

~ Introductory session (2 hours)

~ One training day (6 hours)

~ Follow-up sessions (2 hours)

Introductory Session

  • Review of CRED policy
  • Self-evaluation/critical self-reflection processes
  • Introduction of CRED Indicators of Effective Performance

Full Training Day

  • Consideration of whole school/organisation ethos
  • Consideration of a whole school/organisation approach to implementation
  • Follow up Session

Follow Up Session

  • Sharing of Good Practice in CRED implementation

The powerpoint and notes can be used by senior leaders and/or cordinators during staff CRED focused professional development within their own school.
